More delightful learning experience. With in-class laptops, students are able to understand certain topics via a wide rage of technical learning tools, for example, experimental simulations and online lessons, which learners may be more motivated to learn. Long-term memories are then encouraged as students are now learning in a more positive mood. Colourful or even animated photos can also help the illustration of certain hard-to-explain concepts. Thus, it can be seen that the application of educational technologies is one of the fundamental factors of obtaining great successes in the digital world of work in this modern society. Things are getting even better around you...
More technically skilled workers.
There are 74.8% of businesses that are using the internet and are demanding labour with ICT skills in Hong Kong 2014. Therefore, to satisfy their demand and to encourage the growth of the economy, the Hong Kong Government announced the “Support Scheme for e-Learning in Schools” to increase the number of "ICT employees". This is because in-class technology programs allow students to use electronic devices, such as laptops and tablets on a daily basis, which can effectively let them familiarise the skills and knowledge required by the majority of the business in Hong Kong. As a result, both employers and employees can benefit from the increased labour and wages. The unemployment problem can also be resolved in long-term.
